Claims (1)
- 耐薬品性と耐熱性を有する合成樹脂からなり、
多孔質環状の薄膜に網材を添設し、その中央孔の
周縁部をフイルム化した材の一対を、縦孔を有
するボス部と横通孔を備えた横つば部からなるス
ペーサの横つばに溶着すると共に外周縁部を溶着
して単一エレメントとなし、該単一エレメントを
所要数積層して各スペーサの当接面を結合する
過エレメントにおいて、上記各材のフイルム化
された中央孔周縁部を各スペーサの横つば部に挾
み込み該つば部を溶着結合させたことを特徴とす
る精密フイルタの過エレメント。
