Claims (1)
- 耐薬品性と耐熱性を有する合成樹脂からなり、
ボス部１１ａと複数の横通路１１ｃを備えた水平
部１１ｂとを有し、該水平部１１ｂの部分で上下
に二分させてスペーサ１１を形成し、該スペーサ
１１の上側水平部１１ｂの上面および下側水平部
１１ｂの下面には多孔質環状の薄膜１２ａの表面
に隔離材１２ｂを添設した材１２の中心部をそ
れぞれ液密に取付けると共に各材１２の外周縁
を密封してエレメントとなし、該エレメントの所
要数を一端の閉じたセンターパイプ１３に挿通積
層し、各エレメントのボス部１１ａ相互を結合し
てなる精密フイルタ用の過エレメント。
