第１図は本考案の一実施例に係る内圧調整具の
概略構造を示す一部破断側面図であり、第２図は
収納容器内に不活性気体を充填する気体充填プラ
ントの全体的な概略構成を示す説明図である。 なお、図における符号１は内圧調整具、２はパ
イプ（気体通路）、３は容器接続部、４は流量制
御部、１０は圧力計、２０は収納容器、２０ａは
気体出入口である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 収納容器の内部に充填された気体をその外部に
放出することにより、前記容器の内部圧力を所定
値に調整する内圧調整具であつて、 前記気体が流通する気体通路と、 この気体通路の一端側に配設されるとともに、
前記容器に設けられた気体出入口に接続されるこ
とによつてこの出入口を開操作し、前記容器と前
記気体通路とを互いに連通接続する容器接続部と
、 前記気体通路の他端側に配設されて前記気体の
外部放出量を制御する流量制御弁と、 前記気体通路の中途部に配設されて前記容器の
内部圧力を表示する圧力計とを備えたことを特徴
とする内圧調整具。
