Claims (1)
- 真空気密容器を構成する透明陽極基板上に蛍光
表示電極を形成し、フイラメントから放出される
電子を蛍光物質に衝突させ、前記透明陽極基板の
表示電極形成面と反対の面より表示を観察する蛍
光表示管において、透明陽極基板の上に制御電極
を導電膜により形成し、その上に色つき絶縁膜を
形成し、更にその上に蛍光表示電極を形成したこ
とを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
