Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上で特定のパターン形状に蛍光体が塗
布された陽極と、電子を放出するフイラメントと
、前記電子の制御と加速を行うグリツドと、前記
フイラメントから放出される電子を管内に均一に
拡散する透明導電膜と真空を保持するゲツタ膜と
を塗布したカバーガラスとを有する蛍光表示管に
おいて、前記透明導電膜と前記ゲツタ膜を電気的
に絶縁したことを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
