- その長手方向の両端部にその光軸に垂直の１対
の係合面を有する共振器鏡筒と、この共振器鏡筒
の光軸に介在し共振器鏡筒の前記係合面に係合す
る１対の反射鏡と、この共振器鏡筒の両端部に取
付けられ弾性を有する緩衝材を介して前記反射鏡
を前記係合面に押圧する１対の反射鏡固定部材と
、を有することを特徴とするレーザ共振器。
