    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上面及び底面が長方形で所定の厚みを有する板
    状をなし前記長方形の短辺を辺とする両端部を第
    １及び第２の固定部とする圧電板と、前記第１の
    固定部から中央部の前記圧電板の上面に形成され
    た第１の励起用電極膜と、前記第２の固定部から
    中央部の前記圧電板の底面に形成された第２の励
    起用電極膜と、前記第２の固定部と前記第１の励
    起用電極膜との間の前記圧電板の上面に設けた前
    記短辺に平行する第１の溝と、前記第１の固定部
    と前記第２の励起用電極膜との間の前記圧電板の
    底面に設けた前記第１の溝に平行する第２の溝と
    を有することを特徴とする圧電振動子。
