Claims (1)
- 圧電結晶薄板から成る長さたて振動子において
、該振動子の形状は３本の枝と、該枝を連結して
いる連結部とから構成され、前記枝の幅寸法は３
本ともほぼ等しく、前記３本の枝の各主面は励振
用電極膜が形成されていて、前記３本の枝のうち
両側の枝の上面と真中の枝の下面に形成された前
記電極膜を各々接続して一方の電極とし、また両
側の枝の下面に形成された前記電極膜と真中の枝
の上面に形成された前記電極膜を各々接続して他
方の電極と成すことによつて２端子を形成し、更
に前記圧電結晶薄板から成る前記振動子の連結部
が支持部材に固着されていることを特徴とする長
さたて振動子。
