Claims (1)
- ステム５に光半導体素子６とリード線９が設け
られ且つ光半導体素子６の外周に被せたキヤツプ
１０がステム５に固定されてなる光半導体２３の
ステム５を、光半導体２３の外側に被せ且つワツ
シヤー４の上に載せた光レセプタクル３とワツシ
ヤー４との間に挾むと共に光半導体２３及び光レ
セプタクル３がワツシヤー４の底面１１より下方
に突出しないようにし、この光レセプタクル３を
同ワツシヤー４に固定することによりステム５を
光レセプタクル３と同ワツシヤー４との間に挾着
固定したことを特徴とする光半導体モジユール。
