Claims (1)
- 光素子からの光を他の光学系に出射し、又は他
の光学系からの光を受光する光素子モジユールに
おいて、上記光素子及び該光素子との間で電荷の
授受を行なうリード線を固着する固定基板と、上
記光素子を収納する収納蓋部、該収納蓋部の上部
に設けられた光集光部及び該光集光部の集光光軸
に連通して上記他の光学系を接続する光学系接続
部を一体として有するハウジングとを備え、該ハ
ウジングを上記固定基板に直接固着することを特
徴とする光素子モジユール。
