Claims (1)
像素子を有し、フレーム周期で偶数フイールド及
び奇数フイールドに対応する光電変換素子に信号
電荷を蓄積して、出力するインターレース方式に
よる動作及び前記フレーム周期の2分の1のフイ
ールド周期で、前記偶数フイールド及び前記奇数
フイールドのうち、いずれか一方のフイールドの
光電変換素子に信号電荷を蓄積して、出力するノ
ンインターレース方式による動作が可能な固体撮
像装置において、 前記フイールド周期で、前記偶数フイールド及
び前記奇数フイールドを同期して動作させること
により、該偶数フイールド及び該奇数フイールド
の光電変換素子にそれぞれ信号電荷を蓄積させる
同期制御手段と、 前記偶数フイールドの各光電変換素子にそれぞ
れ蓄積された信号電荷と、該偶数フイールドの各
光電変換素子とそれぞれ同時に動作する該奇数フ
イールドの各光電変換素子に蓄積された信号電荷
とを、それぞれ加え合わせて出力する信号電荷出
力手段とを備えたことを特徴とする固体撮像装置
