Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数種類の多軸ヘツドを順次択一的に選択
    して主軸頭に装着し、被工作物に対して複数種類
    の加工を連続して行う形式の工作機械において、
    前記主軸頭の多軸ヘツドを交換する装置であつて
    、 前記主軸頭の両側部に配設されて、それぞれ前
    記複数種類の多軸ヘツドを保持するとともに、前
    記主軸頭の略真横の交換位置に該主軸頭に装着す
    る姿勢と同じ姿勢で且つ該主軸頭側へのスライド
    可能に択一的に位置させる一対のヘツドストツカ
    と、 前記主軸頭に装着された多軸ヘツドと前記一対
    のヘツドストツカの何れか一方の交換位置に位置
    させられた多軸ヘツドとに係合させられて、それ
    等の多軸ヘツドを略水平方向へ直線移動させる係
    合部材を備え、前記主軸頭の多軸ヘツドを他方の
    ヘツドストツカの交換位置へ戻すと同時に前記一
    方のヘツドストツカの多軸ヘツドを該主軸頭に装
    着する受渡し装置と を有することを特徴とする工作機械の多軸ヘツド
    交換装置。 (2) 前記一対のヘツドストツカは、前記複数種
    類の多軸ヘツドをその使用順序に従つて交互に保
    持するものである請求項１に記載の工作機械の多
    軸ヘツド交換装置。 (3) 前記ヘツドストツカは、前記複数種類の多
    軸ヘツドを前記主軸頭に装着する姿勢と同じ姿勢
    で上下に並列に並べてそれぞれ該主軸頭側へのス
    ライド可能に保持するとともに、該多軸ヘツドを
    上下方向へ移動させて択一的に前記交換位置に位
    置させるものである請求項１または２に記載の工
    作機械の多軸ヘツド交換装置。 (4) 前記ヘツドストツカは、前記複数種類の多
    軸ヘツドを前記主軸頭に装着する姿勢と同じ姿勢
    で前後に直列に並べてそれぞれ該主軸頭側へのス
    ライド可能に保持するとともに、該多軸ヘツドを
    前後方向へ移動させて択一的に前記交換位置に位
    置させるものである請求項１または２に記載の工
    作機械の多軸ヘツド交換装置。
