Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 天井板及び該天井板を支持する複数の支柱
とにより囲まれる空間の周囲をビニールカーテン
で覆うことによつて隔離された空間を形成し、該
空間内に浄化した空気を導入することにより該空
間内を清浄に保つクリーンブースにおいて、 前記ビニールカーテンは、その下端が床面に接
し、前記空間の周囲を完全に覆つており、 前記天井板上には、吸引した空気を浄化して前
記空間内に吹き出す空気浄化装置が載置され、 前記天井板には、前記空気浄化装置の吸気側と
前記空間とを連通して、前記空間内の空気を前記
空気浄化装置に循環させる１又は２以上の連通管
が設けられていることを特徴とするクリーンブー
ス。 (2) 前記空気浄化装置は、外気を所定割合で吸
引するとともに、前記ビニールカーテンには前記
空間内の余剰空気を排出する吹出し窓が形成して
あることを特徴とする請求項(1)に記載のクリー
ンブース。
