- 天井チヤンバー２の下面に、リターン口２２…
と、フイルター２３…と、盲板２４…とを、位置
替え、交換自在に装備させ、また、天井チヤンバ
ー２内適所に送風機２５を設け、該送風機の上流
側を上記リターン口２２…へフレキシブルダクト
２８…にて連係し、下流側を天井チヤンバー２内
に開放させたことを特徴とするクリーンルームシ
ステム天井。
