- 光源からの入射光を伝達する照射用フアイババ
ンドルと、反射光を検出器まで伝達する受光用フ
アイババンドルと、前記両フアイババンドルの先
端部を一体に結束して形成したセンサヘツドと、
前記センサヘツドの先端面に設けた多数本のガラ
ス系光フアイバが互いに融着されてなるイメージ
ガイドとを具備することを特徴とする光フアイバ
センサ。
