斜視図、第７図は仝じくその断面図、第８，９図
は夫々従来のシート状圧電ゴムとケーブル状圧電
ゴムの斜視図である。 １，１１，１４……圧電層、２，３，１２，１
３，１５，１６……電極層。

Claims (1)
- 薄肉圧電層の上下或は内外の主表面に電極層を
設けるとともに該電極層間に所要の電界を印加し
て圧電層を分極してなる圧電ゴム素体の複数をこ
れら素体の分極方向が同一になるよう積層し、一
体に結合して成る圧電ゴム。
