装置の正断面図である。第２図は同受熱装置（空
気室と水槽室）の二段装置を有する要部拡大の断
面図である。第３図は太陽熱簡易温水装置の使用
配管例を示す説明図である。第４図は超薄型モル
タル構造の平面図である。第５図は同モルタル構
造の要部拡大の正断面図である。 １……温水タンク、２……内壁、３……真空室
、４……外壁、５……断熱性隔板、６……受熱水
槽、７……湯温管、８……ネツト網材、９……金

Claims (1)
- 受熱水槽は太陽の当る屋根上で上面をガラス等
で被覆し、二段装置で上段は空気室、下段の水槽
室は内表面を黒色にして太陽熱を吸収し、温水タ
ンクは内壁外壁を具えた真空室を構成し、前記受
熱水槽と内壁外壁は超薄型モルタル構造で、前記
受熱水槽は電熱ヒーターを設け、水圧防止には銅
線を縦横に配列してモルタル内に締結し、又、モ
ルタルの密着固定には亜鉛鉄線と亜鉛鉄板との間
にネツト網や、銅線等を挾んで適当の間隔で前記
鉄線と鉄板の両端で溶接し、前記溶接した諸材料
一式を片枠内に挿入し、振動によつてモルタルを
少量づつ注入して成型を完了したことを特徴とす
る太陽熱簡易温水装置。
