Claims (1)

器に、タイマー制御によつて開閉されるドレン排
出電磁弁を配設し、上記ドレン排出電磁弁を開動
作した時に、上記エアーコンプレツサーやエアー
コンプレツサー周辺機器中に溜まるドレンを外部
へ排出するようにしたドレン自動排出装置に於い
て; 上記ドレン排出電磁弁をエアーコンプレツサー
又はエアーコンプレツサー周辺機器に複数配設し
、これら複数のドレン排出電磁弁を開閉制御する
タイマーは、単一のシーケンシヤルタイマーより
成る集中制御装置として構成され、上記複数のド
レン排出電磁弁が上記単一のシーケンシヤルタイ
マーより成る集中制御装置によつて時間的に順次
的に開閉制御されることを特徴とするドレン自動
排出装置。 上記単一のシーケンシヤルタイマーより成る
集中制御装置は、複数の周波数可変発振器と、こ
れら複数の周波数可変発振器の内、選択されて動
作した周波数可変発振器の周波数入力を受けて、
その入力周波数と分周値によつて定まる時間後に
、その時の状態に対応した出力を出す分周器と、
上記分周器からの出力を受け、その出力の内容に
従つて開閉すべきドレン排出電磁弁駆動回路を選
択する為の出力選択論理回路と、上記出力選択論
理回路からの出力に従つて選択的に開閉される複
数のドレン排出電磁弁駆動回路より成ると共に、
上記過程に於いて上記分周器からの出力を受けそ
の入力に応じて上記複数の周波数可変発振器の内
から動作すべき周波数可変発振器を選択する為の
発振器選択論理回路とを備え、上記分周器から状
態nに対応する出力を生ぜしめ、その状態nに於
ける出力を上記出力選択論理回路が受けて選択す
ることにより、複数のドレン排出電磁弁駆動回路
の内対応するドレン排出電磁弁駆動回路を開閉し
、そのドレン排出電磁弁駆動回路によつて特定的
に制御されるドレン排出電磁弁のみを開又は閉し
て、エアーコンプレツサー等からドレンを排出し
又はドレン排出を停止させ、他方上記分周器から
上記状態nに対応する出力を受けた発振器選択論
理回路に於いて、状態nに於ける出力に対応する
周波数可変発振器を選択してそれを動作せしめ、
その動作する周波数可変発振器の周波数を上記分
周器が受けることにより、その入力周波数と分周
器分周値によつて定まる時間後に、上記状態nの
次の状態n+1に於ける出力を生ぜしめ、以後上
記動作を反復して、複数のドレン排出電磁弁の1
つ1つを時間順序的に開閉動作せしめ、而も上記
複数の周波数可変発振器の個々の周波数可変発振
器の周波数を制御要求に即して種々可変にするこ
とによつて、上記ドレン排出電磁弁の開周期、開
動作時間を可変制御できるようにした事を特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のドレン
