Claims (1)
ツサーに接続されるレシーバタンク、アフターク
ーラー、除湿装置等エアーコンプレツサー周辺機
器に、タイマー制御によつて開閉されるドレン排
出電磁弁を配設し、上記ドレン排出電磁弁を開動
作した時に、上記エアーコンプレツサーやエアー
コンプレツサー周辺機器中に溜まるドレンを外部
へ排出するようにしたドレン自動排出装置に於い
て; 上記ドレン排出電磁弁をエアーコンプレツサー
1又はエアーコンプレツサー周辺機器2に複数配
設し、これら複数のドレン排出電磁弁3A,3B
,3C・・・・3n、各々に、それらドレン排出
電磁弁を開閉制御するタイマーを個別に対応配設
すると共に、上記各タイマーは各々それに対応す
るドレン排出電磁弁を開く為の開時間と、ドレン
排出電磁弁を閉じる為の閉時間を任意に設定でき
るも、各タイマーは各々前段に位置するタイマー
の開動作を終了した後にのみ設定された時間分だ
け閉動作し、次いで開動作するように定められ、
この各タイマーの順次的な開閉動作により複数の
ドレン排出電磁弁を順次的に開閉するようにした
事を特徴とするドレン自動排出装置。 上記複数のタイマーは、1つのタイプAタイ
マーと、複数のタイプBタイマーより成り、上記
タイプAタイマーは、タイマーON―OFF時間
設定部TS、タイマー部TIME、リセツト入力
部RESETを有する時間パルス発生回路TPと
、パワーオンリセツト回路POWER ON R
ESETと、電源回路PS並びに電磁弁3Aの駆
動回路Dにより構成され、電源投入に伴なう上記
電源回路PSのオンによりパワーオンリセツト回
路POWER ON RESETが動作し、その
リセツト信号によりタイマー部TIMEが初期
設定され、このタイマー部TIMEが予め設定さ
れた閉時間T1の後に予め設定された時間T2開
動作し、出力OUTを発生して対応するドレン排
出電磁弁3Aをその開時間T2分だけ開とするよ
う構成され、次いで上記タイプBタイマーB―1
,B―2,・・・B―nの各々はタイマーON―
OFF時間設定部TS、タイマー部TIME、ト
リガー入力部TRG及びリセツト入力部RESE
Tを有する時間パルス発生回路TPと、ドレン排
出電磁弁3B,3C,3nの駆動回路D及び信号
合成回路Sにより構成され、電源投入時上記タイ
プAタイマーを構成するパワーオンリセツト回路
POWERON RESETの動作により初期設
定されると共に前段に於けるタイプAタイマー又
はタイプBタイマーの開時間の終了と共に生ずる
トリガー信号をトリガー入力部TRGで受信後、
予め設定された閉時間T3の後に予め設定された
時間T4開動作し、出力OUTを発生して対応す
るドレン排出電磁弁3B,3C・・・・3nをそ
の開時間T4分だけ開とするよう構成されている
と共にその開時間の終了と共に次段のタイプBタ
イマーにトリガ信号を送出し、且つ自から送出し
た出力OUTと次段のタイプBタイマーの時間パ
ルス発生回路TPの出力OUTとの信号を合成し
、前段への信号として送出するよう構成され、而
も上記信号合成回路Sからの出力であるリセツト
信号を入力することにより、このリセツト信号
が無くなつた時点からタイマー動作を開始する
タイプAタイマーの閉動作時間T1は、タイプB
タイマーの閉動作時間T3より大に設定されてい
