Claims (1)
- 削摩材が固着された円盤状の加工具をモータに
連結し、走行レールを前記加工具の回転軸心と直
交する方向に延長配置し、走行レールに摺動可能
に設けた走行台に被加工物を着脱可能に保持する
ホルダを設けるとともに、このホルダを前記加工
具の軸方向端面であつてかつ加工具の略直径線上
に対向配置し、ホルダを前記加工具の軸方向端面
に対して接離方向に移動させる作動装置と、走行
台を前記走行レールに沿つて移動させる走行装置
とを設けたことを特徴とする面加工装置。
