  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 筆記具を装填したときに筆記具の筆記先端
    と封止状に接触される弾性先端シールと、筆記具
    を装填したときに筆記先端の後方の筆記具のリン
    グ面と封止状に接触される弾性シールリングとを
    備えた、インキ式筆記具の締切りキヤツプであつ
    て、先端シールとシールリングとが、２つの別々
    の構造部分から構成され、これらの構造部分が互
    に独立して締切りキヤツプの本体に保持されたこ
    とを特徴とする締切りキヤツプ。 (2) 本体１の底部の内面に形成された筒状突部
    ２の中心開口３中に先端シール４を配設したこと
    を特徴とする請求項１記載の締切りキヤツプ。 (3) シールリング５がコイルばね７中に保留さ
    れ、コイルばね７のシールリング５と反対側の先
    端が本体１中に固着されていることを特徴とする

    おいて配された２つの封止域６：９を有し、その
    うちの先端シール４に近いほうの封止域９は、先
    端シール４から遠隔の封止域６がリング面１３に
    当接する前に筆記具１０と係合することを特徴と
    する請求項３又は４記載の締切りキヤツプ。
