Claims (1)
- シリンダー６と液密に摺動可能なピストン５を
図の如く構成し、ピストン５の受圧側をベローズ
２をもつて液密に包囲し、内部に適当な潤滑油を
充満する構造を特徴とし、ピストン５の他端に押
圧力調整可能なバランスバネ９を設け、作動流体
のピストンへの侵入を防止し、もつて長寿命にし
て有効な脈動吸収機能を有する高圧用圧力ダンプ
ナー。
