本発明は表裏両面に切溝を形成したベニヤ単板
の製造方法に関するもので、その目的とする所
は、表裏両面の切溝の形成をベニヤレースによる
ベニヤ単板(以下単板という)の削成と同時又は
ほぼ同時に行い、以て作業能率の向上及び工程の

り込みの深さが不正確になる等の欠点も存在して

示し、又第10図は、その切溝2a,3aの折曲
の度合を更に高め、板部が密着するように折りた
たんだ状態で、内部に中空部を有しない合板の芯
