Claims (1)
- 温度調節可能な真空状態の雰囲気中に試料載置
部を設けるとともに、この試料載置部上の試料に
熱エネルギを与える光源と、試料温度および試料
の周囲の雰囲気温度を検出する温度検出手段とを
設けて形成した熱定数測定装置において、上記試
料載置部を常時上向きに付勢された載置台と、こ
の載置台の外側に立設し、上部内側に溝を設けた
支柱と、この溝に係合して、上記載置台上の試料
の周縁部を上側から押さえるリングとから形成す
るとともに、載置台の上面をかさ状にして、その
内部に温度検出手段保持部を備えた軸方向の貫通
孔を中心部に形成し、かつかさ状の上面の少なく
とも３カ所に上記中心部より低い凸部を設けて形
成したことを特徴とする熱定数測定装置。
