- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力電源側に挿入された制御素子によつて出力
側に所定の出力電圧を得るとともに、出力側の過
負荷状態を抵抗を介して検出し、該検出値が所定
値に達したとき前記制御素子を保護する過電流保
護回路付き電源装置において、 前記抵抗の抵抗値は周囲温度が高いときは前記
所定値を小さく、低いときには大きくするように
変化させるサーミスタからなることを特徴とする
過電流保護回路付き電源装置。
