Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 トランスの一次コイルに対して、直列に接続さ
    れたスイツチングトランジスタのコレクタ・エミ
    ツタ間を介して、入力直流電圧が印加され、該一
    次コイルを流れる一次電流に基づいて、パルス幅
    制御回路からパルス信号が該スイツチングトラン
    ジスタのベースに入力されることにより、該スイ
    ツチングトランジスタを発振させて、出力電流を
    制御すると共に、該一次電流が所定の垂下点を越
    えた場合に、出力を遮断するようにしたスイツチ
    ングレギユレータにおいて、 周囲温度を検出するための温度検出素子を備え
    ており、該温度検出素子が検出した周囲温度に基
    づいて、前記垂下点を変更するようにしたことを
    特徴とする、スイツチングレギユレータ。
