Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 粉末状のコンクリート予備混合物に凝結促進
剤などの粉末材料を混和させる混合装置であつて
、 垂直に設置されるじようご形のホツパーと、こ
のホツパーの下端内部に水平軸で回転自在に軸支
される混合ローラーと、この混合ローラを回転駆
動される駆動手段と、ホツパーの底面に開設され
た吐出口とを具備するものにおいて、 前記混合ローラーを内設するホツパーの下端部
分を、ホツパーとは別個なハウジングを有する混
合部として独立させ、この混合部が、ホツパーの
下端から垂直方向へ２枚対向となるように垂設さ
れる２固定壁と、これら２固定壁と隣接し、同じ
く垂直方向へ２枚対向となるようにホツパーの下
端にヒンジ止めされ、かつ、底面を半分ずつ形成
するために各Ｊ字形となつた２可動壁とで構成れ
ると共に、２可動壁が当接しあう底面接合部分に
吐出口を開設していることを特徴とするから練り
用のデイスペンサー。 ２ 前記混合ローラーは、その水平軸が混合部か
ら外部へ突出する２端部の少くとも一つに振動手
段を付設していると共に、この振動手段が、水平
軸の端部に固着されたカムと、ホツパーに弾装さ
れカムの回転によつてカム外周面を摺動しながら
つち打ち振動を発生させるハンマーとから構成さ
れることを特徴とする上記請求項１記載のから練
り用のデイスペンサー。 ３ 前記混合部は、底面に開設された吐出口に対
して、この吐出口を段階的に開閉して吐出量の調
節を行う調節板を備えた調節手段を付設している
ことを特徴とする上記請求項１記載のから練り用
のデイスペンサー。
