Claims (1)
- 一対のインピーダンス要素における一方のイン
ピーダンス要素のみを機械的変位に応じてインピ
ーダンス変化をさせ、前記両インピーダンス要素
に流れる電流の差を差動増幅器によつて取出し、
この差動増幅器の出力電圧に応じた電流に基づい
て前記機械的変位を検出する変位変換回路におい
て、前記差動増幅器を構成するすべての増幅素子
を接合形電界効果トランジスタとしたことを特徴
とする変位変換回路。
