ツトに臨ませて設けられた光学的パルスの発生器
と、この光学的パルスに基づき電気的パルスに変
換して流体の流量信号に変換する変換器を設けた
ことを特徴とする流量計。 (2) 光学的パルス発生器は外縁部に光を透過す
るスリツトを一定間隔をもつて穿設したスリツト
円板と、このスリツト円板のスリツトの一側に臨
ませて設けた発光素子と、他側に臨ませて設けた
