円錐孔１７を貫通形成する一方、 金属製把手Ｂの倒立Ｕ字型をなす枠杆部１９の
基端位置に、その枠杆部１９から内向き直角状に
張り出し屈曲する水平な枢支杆部２０と、その枢
支杆部２０から引き続き直角状に張り出し屈曲す
る角度規制杆部２１とを設けて、 その角度規制杆部２１と枢支杆部２０を上記脚
片１６の円錐孔１７へ、籠本体Ａの外方から貫通
させることにより、上記把手Ｂを籠本体Ａの開口
フランジ１５に対する起伏的な回動操作自在に枢
支させると共に、 把手Ｂの角度規制杆部２１を籠本体Ａの側面か
