面図であり、第４図は本考案の他の実施例による
遠赤外線乾燥装置を示す断面図であり、第５図は
本考案のさらに他の実施例による遠赤外線乾燥装
置の断面図である。 符号の説明、１０，４０…遠赤外線乾燥装置、
１２…熱風室ハウジング、１２ａ…熱風室、１６
…輻射耐熱板、１８…電熱器、２４…送風機、３
０…穿孔、３１…セラミツク層、４３…多孔遮蔽

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内側端部及び外側端部を有し、内部に熱風
    室を画定する熱風室ハウジングと、この熱風室ハ
    ウジングの内側端部に隣接して配置され、熱風室
    に熱風を導入する電熱器及び送風装置と、熱風室
    ハウジングの外側端部を横切つて配置された輻射
    耐熱板と、熱風室ハウジングと輻射耐熱板の少な
    くとも一方に設けられ、熱風室に導入された熱風
    を制限しながら排出する制限的開口手段とを有し
    、前記輻射耐熱板は外側表面にセラミツク層を有
    することを特徴とする遠赤外線乾燥装置。 (2) 前記制限的開口手段は、前記輻射耐熱板の
    全表面積の約１〜２０％の開口部を規定している
    ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の遠赤外線乾燥装
    置。 (3) 前記輻射耐熱板は多数の穿孔を有する穿孔
    耐熱板であり、前記制限的開口手段をこの穿孔に
    より構成したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の遠
    赤外線乾燥装置。 (4) 前記穿孔耐熱板の内側表面に沿つて配置さ
    れ、熱風室から前記穿孔耐熱板の穿孔を通つて排
    出される熱風の風量及び風速を調整する多孔遮蔽
    手段を有し、穿孔耐熱板の穿孔とこの多孔遮蔽手
    段の開口とで前記輻射耐熱板の全表面積の約１〜
    ２０％の開口部を規定していることを特徴とする
    請求項３記載の遠赤外線乾燥装置。 (5) 前記熱風室ハウジングは多数の穿孔を有す
    る穿孔ハウジングであり、前記制限的開口手段を
    この穿孔により構成したことを特徴とする請求項
    １記載の遠赤外線乾燥装置。
