断刃の各刃先が鋳物のゲート部の上下にそれぞれ
当接した状態を一部破断して示す正面図、第４図
は可動体が下死点まで下降され両切断刃によつて
鋳物のゲート部が切断された状態を一部破断して
示す正面図、第５図は変更例を示す説明図である

Claims (1)
- 固定体と、該固定体に対し進退可能に配設され
た可動体との間には、鋳物のゲート部を突出させ
てその製品部をクランプする一対のクランプ体を
配設するとともに、前記ゲート部に接離可能に対
向して該ゲート部を切断する一対の切断刃を配設
し、これら両切断刃のうち、一方の切断刃を前記
可動体と一体に設け、他方の切断刃を前記固定体
に進退可能に設け、さらに、前記他方の切断刃と
可動体との間には、該可動体の進退運動に連動し
て他方の切断刃を進退させ、前記ゲート部の切断
時に両切断刃をつき合せてゲート部を切断するた
めの連動機構を配設した鋳物ゲートの切断装置。
