  1. 部品を搭載した回路基板をコンベアに乗せて炉
    内を通過させ、加熱することにより、回路基板と
    部品の半田付けを行う加熱炉において、コンベア
    の走行方向に順次、輻射加熱ゾーンと、熱風加熱
    ゾーンと、輻射加熱ゾーンを設けたことを特徴と
    する回路基板半田付け用加熱炉。
