案のチツプ抵抗を示す斜視図、第４図は従来のチ
ツプ抵抗器の実装構造を示す平面図、第５図は第
４図に示したものの断面図である。図中１，１１
はセラミツク板、２は膜抵抗パターン、３，１４
は電極、４は基板、５，１６は部品取付けパツド
、６，１８は半田フイレツト、１２は台形の長辺
を含む方形の面、１３は台形の短辺を含む方形の
面、１５は台形の斜辺を含む斜面、１７は三角形
の空間である。なお、図中同一符号は同一または
相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 断面形状が台形のセラミツク板、前記台形の長
辺を含む方形の面に１つの抵抗パターンが形成さ
れ、この抵抗パターンの両端部各々から前記台形
の斜辺を含む方形の斜面全面に渡つて電極パター
ンが形成されているチツプ抵抗器と、部品取付け
パツドが形成された基板とで構成され、前記チツ
プ抵抗器の前記台形の短辺を含む方形の面が前記
基板に接するようにしてこのチツプ抵抗器が基板
に載せられ、このチツプ抵抗器の前記方形の斜面
の電極パターンと前記基板の部品取付けパツドと
が半田付けされていることを特徴とするチツプ抵
抗器の実装構造。
