- 具体的な回路設計を行なう前のゲート・アレイ
ＬＳＩチツプ本体の下地に、あらかじめ、スキヤ
ンパス回路を形成するフリツプフロツプ回路とレ
ーシング防止用のバツフア回路を組み込み、かつ
、上記フリツプフロツプ回路およびバツフア回路
を配線しておくことを特徴とするゲート・アレイ
ＬＳＩ。
