焼成したスピーカ振動板の断面図である。第２図
はこの考案のスピーカ振動板を用いた場合と、従
来のチタニウム金属スピーカ振動板を用いた場合
の周波数特性比較図である。第３図Ａ〜Ｃは従来
の堆積分離法によるスピーカ振動板の作成工程図
、第４図Ａ〜Ｃは従来の射出成形法によるスピー
カ振動板の作成工程図である。 図面の符号の説明、１：炭化珪素ホイスカーシ

ーＳｉ３Ｎ４―ｗを用いたことを特徴とする請求
項１記載のスピーカ振動板。
