Claims (1)
- 冷菓原液を冷却する冷却シリンダの内部に、着
脱自在なブレードを支持板間に有する撹拌装置を
架設して成る冷菓製造機において、前記ブレード
は、前記支持板の周縁から突設する支持ピンに挿
入される挿入孔を両端部に有し、回転方向の抜け
防止用凸部を長手方向に形成した保持部材と、該
保持部材の長手方向に挿入され、前記凸部を含ん
で保持部材に嵌合する嵌合凹部及び前記挿入孔に
対応し、該挿入孔が挿入される前記支持ピンに係
合して長手方向の抜けが防止される抜け防止用係
合部を形成した刃先部材とにより構成したことを
特徴とする冷菓製造機の撹拌装置。
