Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 板状の第１部材を載置する第１治具と、第１治
具上に重ねられ、部分的に第１部材が嵌め込まれ
て位置決めされる穴を有する第２治具と、第１部
材上に封着用フリツトガラスを介して載置された
第２部材を位置決め保持する第３治具を具えたも
のにおいて、 前記第１治具は第１部材を載置する上面に、位
置決め載置された第１部材の端面真下に沿い、こ
の端面真下の内外に食み出す幅の溝を有し、 前記第２治具の穴は第１部材より大きな口径の
内周の複数箇所に、第１部材の端面に部分的に当
接して第１部材を位置決めする位置決め手段を有
することを特徴とするガラス封着治具。
