It is characterized by having sufficient liquid impermeability and breathability to effectively release sweat from fingers and fingers during work to the outside.

Wearing gloves is considered essential.

However, gloves made of non-breathable materials such as rubber or synthetic resin film, which are effective in preventing the penetration of water and other liquids, can cause your hands and fingers to become extremely stuffy due to sweating, especially when working for long periods of time in the summer. There were many problems that needed to be resolved urgently, such as the feeling of suffering.

。In view of these circumstances, the present invention was developed as a fabric for gloves of this type, using a relatively thin breathable fabric as a base fabric, and coating one side of the base fabric with a thin coating material containing a water-repellent synthetic resin and a water-soluble agent. After coating, the water-soluble agent is eluted and removed by washing the base fabric with water, and pores with a diameter of about 0.5 micron or less are formed in that area.
By forming countless extremely fine holes, preferably around 0.2 microns, and making gloves from this fabric, the conventional problems described above can be solved at once.

るものである。In the present invention, the fine holes in the 0.5 to 0.1 micron range formed in the fabric are 95,000 to 100,000 microns in diameter than a normal water droplet.
Since it is 1/30,000 times the size of vapor molecules such as sweat, gloves made of this material do not allow chemicals, etc. to seep through from the outside, but internal vapors due to perspiration do not pass through. It has a special effect in that it can be dispersed to the outside.

A coating material obtained by adding and mixing an appropriate amount of a particulate water-soluble agent (2), such as dimethylformamide, in advance, and after applying the coating material 2 very thinly to one surface of the base fabric 1, This was washed with water to elute the water-soluble agent (l) to obtain a glove fabric having countless fine holes 3 with a pore diameter of about 0.2 microns in the coating layer.

After adding and thoroughly mixing an organic acid deodorant such as a vinyl triacetate deodorant (trade name "Daimshu W-100J manufactured by Dainichiseika Chemical Co., Ltd.)" and applying a thin layer, By washing this with water, the above-mentioned water-soluble agent is eluted and falls off, thereby obtaining a glove fabric having numerous through holes 3, each having a diameter of 063 microns, in the coating layer.

It was worn as a glove. In this case, as seen in the second example above, the one in which an organic acidic deodorant was added in advance to the paint was suitable because no odor was generated due to sweating, but the above deodorizer It goes without saying that the same deodorizing effect can be obtained even if it is applied to the inner surface of product gloves, etc., instead of being mixed in the coating agent in advance.

Because these gloves simultaneously satisfy the contradictory properties of non-perspiration and breathability, they are safe as gloves when handling toxic chemicals such as pesticides, and they also allow vapors caused by sweating of hands to be freely released to the outside. Since it can be transmitted and emitted,
In addition to being expected to have exceptional effects, such as being able to work extremely comfortably during long hours of work without getting stuffy, especially in the summer, the fabric itself with the above structure can be produced relatively easily and inexpensively, so it can be used when spraying pesticides. These gloves have wide applicability as disposable work gloves in a wide variety of fields.
