Column for title of the invention" (2) Complete specification Particulars 1, Name of the invention Method for manufacturing protective clothing for chemical spraying 2, Claims A method for producing protective clothing for chemical spraying, which is made of a clothing material in which fine ventilation holes with a pore size of 0.2 microns are formed by mixing a soluble additive, applying the mixture to the fabric, and washing with water to remove the water-soluble additive. 3. Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) This invention is designed to prevent toxic chemicals such as pesticides from reaching skin or clothing when spraying them with a sprayer. It relates to a method of manufacturing protective clothing to be worn. (Prior Art) Conventionally, when spraying pesticides, protective clothing is worn to protect the skin and clothing from the ljj properties of the pesticides. (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when it comes to protective clothing that is breathable, it is difficult to use a sprayer.
Water droplets from chemicals seep through the ventilation holes, and non-breathable items get stuffy with sweat, making them difficult to work with, especially in the summer. The present invention aims to improve this. (Lower part to solve the problem) The present invention is a protective garment made of synthetic resin and having breathability that prevents water droplets from penetrating, which is equipped with extremely fine ventilation holes of 0.2 microns in diameter, which are smaller than water droplets, through which sweat evaporates. This invention relates to a manufacturing method. To explain the present invention with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings, l is the fabric for protective clothing, in which a water-soluble additive is added to a water-repellent synthetic resin such as a fluorine-based resin or a urethane-based resin, and this is applied to the fabric for 1 u. When the fabric is then washed with water, the water-soluble additives are removed and the fabric 1 is made of a fabric having a porous film having extremely fine ventilation holes with a pore diameter of 0.2 microns. (Function) In the protective clothing made of this fabric, sweat that evaporates through the 0.2 micron ventilation holes is released to the outside, but water droplets of the chemical sprayed by the sprayer do not enter the inside. (Example) The drawing shows a protective suit according to the present invention. The numeral 2 is a head cloth to be worn by the worker, and is formed in the same manner as the clothing 1. However, when a water-soluble additive is added to a fluorine-based or urethane-based resin, such as tetrafluoroethylene, and applied to fabric and washed with water, fine particles of the water-soluble additive fall off, resulting in a porosity of 82% and a pore size of 0.2. The fabric is made of a fabric on which a film with a thickness of about 0.001 inch is formed and has micron-sized ventilation holes all over the surface. 3 is a see-through plate that covers the face. However, the worker's mouth should be covered with sackcloth 4 so that he can breathe. 5 is a tongue-close type hook-and-loop fastener that fastens the hem of the headcloth. Then, the clothes around the neck and ankles are tied with rubber bands. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, the clothing material l according to the present invention has a film of water-repellent synthetic resin such as fluorine-based resin or urethane-based resin, so it is highly water-repellent, and even if a large amount of chemical solution is sprinkled on it, it will not penetrate inside. Innumerable vent holes with a diameter of 0.2 microns are formed on the entire surface of the clothing fabric 1, which are caused by the fine particles of the water-soluble additive that have fallen off. This corresponds to 1/5,000 to 20,000 of a water droplet and about 700 times the size of a nitrogen gas molecule, so %161
.. The water droplets of the medicine do not enter through the ventilation holes, and only the vapor that becomes sweat freely evaporates to the outside. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the water-soluble additive is removed from the water-repellent synthetic resin, it is possible to manufacture protective clothing that has contradictory properties of waterproofness and moisture permeability at the same time, and it is possible to spray chemicals safely and comfortably even in summer. This effect is produced. 4. Brief description of the drawings Fig. 1 is a front view of a worker wearing the protective clothing according to the present invention, Fig. 2 is a side view of the head cloth, and Fig. i3 is a perspective view seen from the top of the head cloth. 1 is the clothing material, 2 is the head cloth, 3 is the transparent plate, and 4 is the roughness!
