第1図は本考案による塗料供給バルブの一例を
示す全体の断面図、第2図は大径の多層形円筒磁
石と小径の多層形円筒磁石を形成するリング状磁
石の配列状態を示す拡大断面図、第3図は弁軸の
断面図、第4図はシリンダを形成する円筒カバー
に設けられた排気孔の形状を示す平面図、第5図
は本考案による塗料供給バルブの他の実施例を示
す全体の断面図、第6図は従来のバルブを示す断
面図である。 符号の説明、1A,1B……塗料流出入口、2
……弁体、3……リング状磁石、4……弁軸、5
……弁室、6……リング状磁石、19……塗料通
路、MS……小径の多層形円筒磁石、ML……大
径の多層形円筒磁石。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 先端に塗料流出入口を塞ぐ弁体が形成され、後
    端に複数のリング状磁石を積層して成る小径の多
    層形円筒磁石が取り付けられた弁軸が、弁室内に
    摺動可能に収容され、当該弁室外には、前記各リ
    ング状磁石と極性を異にして同心状に配列された
    複数のリング状磁石を積層して成る大径の多層形
    円筒磁石が、前記弁軸の軸方向に沿つて摺動可能
    に配設されると共に、当該円筒磁石から成るピス
    トンを圧縮気体の圧力によつてバルブの開放方向
    に摺動させるシリンダが設けられた塗料供給バル
    ブであつて、前記弁軸の後端に取り付けられた多
    層形円筒磁石の外径が前記弁室の内径よりも小さ
    く選定されて、当該円筒磁石及び前記弁軸の外周
    面と前記弁室の内壁との間に塗料通路が形成され
    ると共に、当該塗料通路の両端側に前記弁軸の先
    後両端と対峙する塗料流出入口が形成されている
    ことを特徴とする塗料供給バルブ。
