    域を隔てて一対の凹所を形成し、この各凹所内に
    気体通流域を隔てて対向する超音波送受信用のプ
    ローブを配設してなる気体流量測定装置において
    、前記凹所、プローブへの凝縮成分の付着を防止
    すべく凹所の周壁及び／又はプローブを加熱する
    手段を付設したことを特徴とする気体流量測定装
    置。
