Claims (1)
- 気体搬送用の管の周壁にその周方向に気体通流
域を隔てて一対の凹所を形成し、この各凹所内に
気体通流域を隔てて対向する超音波受信用のプロ
ーブを配設してなる気体流量測定装置において、
前記凹所に、凹所とプローブとの間の間隙内に侵
入した凝縮成分を凹所内から外部に排出する手段
を付設したことを特徴とする気体流量測定装置。
