流規制板、３２は表示部、Ｌ１，Ｌ２，Ｌ３は軸
線を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 工作施設内のガスを導入するガス導入口と、同
    じく前記ガスを導出するガス導出口と、前記ガス
    導入口とガス導出口間に位置し、前記両口に連通
    し、かつガス導入口の軸線と不一致の軸線を有す
    るとともに、前記ガス導出口から導入されたガス
    が減速し、前記不一致の軸線方向を流れてから前
    記ガス導出口に至る構成のセンサ収容部と、この
    センサ収容部に収容された酸素センサと、この酸
    素センサの出力を表示する表示部とを備えたこと
    を特徴とするエアーパージメータ。
