側で該絞り通路の下流側に連通する第2弁室を形
成する収納孔とをもつ作動流体の流量制御装置に
おいて、 該スプール弁は該第2弁室に開口する一端開口
部および該バイパス通路に連通する周壁開口部と
該一端開口部および該周壁開口部を連通する第3
弁室をもつスプール弁本体と、該スプール弁本体
の該第3弁室内に摺動可能に配設され、該一端開
口部を開閉するレリーフ弁と、該一端開口部を閉
じる方向に該レリーフ弁を付勢する付勢部材とか
らなり、このレリーフ弁の先端部に前記第2弁室
内の流体圧を作用させる第1作用面を形成し、前
記レリーフ弁の後端部に前記第3弁室内の流体圧
