Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ポンプより吐出された圧油の供給を受ける供給
通路と、該供給通路と連通し、油圧装置に該圧油
を送出する絞り通路と、該ポンプの吸入側に環流
するバイパス通路と、該供給通路から該バイパス
通路への開度を調整し、該供給通路から該バイパ
ス通路へ圧油を流す流量調整用スプール弁と、該
スプール弁を摺動可能に収納し、収納された該ス
プール弁の一端側で該絞り通路の上流側の供給通
路に連通する第１弁室および該スプール弁の他端
側で該絞り通路の下流側に連通する第２弁室を形
成する収納孔とをもつ作動流体の流量制御装置に
おいて、 該スプール弁は該第２弁室に開口する一端開口
部および該バイパス通路に連通する周壁開口部と
該一端開口部および該周壁開口部を連通する第３
弁室をもつスプール弁本体と、該スプール弁本体
の該第３弁室内に摺動可能に配設され、該一端開
口部を開閉するレリーフ弁と、該一端開口部を閉
じる方向に該レリーフ弁を付勢する付勢部材とか
らなり、このレリーフ弁の先端部に前記第２弁室
内の流体圧を作用させる第１作用面を形成し、前
記レリーフ弁の後端部に前記第３弁室内の流体圧
を作用させる第２作用面を形成したことを特徴と
する作動流体の流量制御装置。
