【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案をターボ分子ポンプの軸受装
置に適用した実施例を示す縦断側面図、第２図は
従来のターボ分子ポンプの軸受装置を示す縦断側
面図である。 図中、１１はハウジング、１１ａ，１１ｂはそ
れぞれハウジングの内筒、外筒、１２は潤滑油、
１３はスラスト受け部材、１４はスラスト軸受面
、２０は軸、２１はスラスト受面、２２は動圧発
生用のみぞ、３０，３１はラジアル磁気軸受用の
一対の永久磁石、４０は磁性流体シールの永久磁
石、４２は保護装置用の玉軸受である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 立形の軸の下端部が油またはグリース等の
    潤滑剤によつて潤滑されるスラスト軸受を介して
    ハウジングに軸方向に支持され、立形の軸の上部
    が磁気軸受を介してハウジングに半径方向に支持
    されてなる軸受装置において、前記スラスト軸受
    よりも軸方向上方における軸の外周面とこれに対
    向するハウジングの内周面との少なくとも一方に
    、軸とハウジングとの間の半径方向すきまを密封
    するシール手段を設けたことを特徴とする軸受装
    置。 (2) 軸の下端部が球面形の動圧流体軸受を介し
    て支持されている請求項(1)記載の軸受装置。 (3) シール手段が磁性流体シールである請求項(
    1)または(2)記載の軸受装置。 (4) 磁性流体シールの基油がふつ素系オイルで
    ある請求項(3)記載の軸受装置。 (5) シール手段とスラスト軸受との間のハウジ
    ングの内周面に取り付けられた転がり軸受の内径
    面が、軸の外周面に対して適宜の半径方向すきま
    を隔てて対向している請求項(1)記載の軸受装置
    。
