Claims (1)
- 圧電素子に整合層を接着した超音波振動子にお
いて、整合層の形状を底面が開口した円錐台とし
、この円錐台の側周面を内側に凸なる曲面で形成
するとともに、この整合層と相似形なる圧電素子
を前記整合層の頂面外側より被せて接着したこと
を特徴とする超音波振動子。
