- 側面部に貫通孔を設けた円錐状共振子と、この
円錐状共振子を中央部に取り付けてなるバイモル
フ振動子と、前記バイモルフ振動子を保持する端
子板と、前記各部品を覆うように前記端子板に取
り付けられ、かつ上方にネツト部が形成されたケ
ースとからなる超音波センサ。
