Claims (1)
- 粉粒体を供給させる供給用パイプと、該供給用
パイプ内を内通する振動伝達用ロツドを連結した
振幅拡大用ホーン及び超音波振動子と、上記振動
伝達用ロツドの先端に固定されているとともに供
給用パイプに当接し、且つ複数の微細孔を有する
振動板から構成されていることを特徴とする粉粒
体の定量供給装置。
